Join Content at an exciting time as we enter the next phase of expanding our business beyond Restaurants and Grocery Content is investing in our ability to localise all of our Product content across every JET market, and we need experienced localisation specialists to bring our vision to life and empower everyday convenience.

As a team lead you are - above all - accountable for leading a productive, happy and high-performing team. You?ll build a brand new team dedicated to localising Product copy and user experiences, both running an in-house team of localisation managers and being responsible for maintaining a relationship with an agency to scale our localisation work.

• Supporting your team and creating an open, collaborative and high-performing environment
• Bringing the JET tone of voice to life in our markets all over the world, delivering high quality multilingual content for all JET?s platforms.
• Define the processes that give our internal stakeholders great localisation experiences, and evangelise these processes to the rest of the business.
• Localise web and app product copy created by our UX writing team in either Dutch or German
• Oversee copy requests across all markets, managing day to day projects and operations between JET and our external agency.
• Own the metrics and functions that govern successful localisation of content
• Contract procurement with suppliers
• Accountable for content localisation processes, quality assurance and publishing (including QA of agency-supplied content)
• Line management of the Localisation team including setting OKRs, coaching, development and budgets
• Senior stakeholder management�
• Contacts: Product/UX Copywriters, Marketing Localisation, Product Managers/Delivery Managers, UX Designers,�
• The successful candidates will have knowledge of UX content localisation, management and publishing, some project management skills, acute attention to detail and excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills. You must be comfortable working in a content, commercial and technical setting. Ideally suited to a localisation manager, translator or someone with previous localisation experience.

• Proficient writing, reviewing and proofreading in either German/Dutch and English
• Previous experience managing other localisation/translation colleagues
• Strong affinity for UX copywriting and a keep grasp of user flows
• Native speaker of German/Dutch and fluent proficiency in English
• Broad experience with CAT tools and TMS
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully manage internal & external relationships
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
